HI Folks,
This Doodle poll has been created per Thursday night’s GA consensus to having 2 GAs a week starting May 2nd. We hope to have one during the week and one on the weekend in order to increase the number of people attending GA. I have included all possible times, even though it would be preferable for the weekday GA to be in the evening.. This schedules by date so please pick the day and time and ignore the actual date since these meetings will be reoccurring. Voting will be open until April 30th.
Also, If any WG or AG is willing to change their meeting day/time, I could add in additional times (this drastically lowers the number of evenings possible.) Please pick the times that work the best for you (you can pick more than 2). In the hope of having one on the weekends and one during the week. I may need to choose a weekend time that might have less votes than a weekday one, but no matter what I will do it in a way that will allow as many participants as possible. FINAL REMINDER TO VOTE FOR NEW GA TIMES AND DAYS!
I will be tallying the votes tomorrow (Monday) afternoon to determine the best times and days that the most people people will be able to attend GA. There will be one GA during the week and one on the weekend. This will not just be done based on the number who can attend but also will be done in such a way as to allow for as many different people to be able to attend at least one meeting a week. Please let other occupiers know if they have not voted yet. I am trying to be as all inclusive as possible.
